9yThanks for the feedback and perceptive comments. We established a set of core values years ago, and these are still true today for our culture today. We believe in and we live our core values, one of which is “Customer First.” This goes for external customers, as well as internal ones (our people) and we work hard to drive continuous improvement in serving our internal and external customers.
