Pros
The company launched an AI training initiative in August where every employee was offered the opportunity to learn more about AI, including a couple instructor-led sessions where participants got to build their own AI Agents. While the future of AI may replace some jobs, we're busy training people for the jobs to come. From using our own Automation Anywhere platform to having tech-forward leadership, I personally have great opportunities to learn and stay ahead of the curve, and I believe that to be true for all of our employees. We're in a growing industry and a leading voice in the world of AI agents, agentic process automation, and building the autonomous enterprises of the future.
Cons
While our global teams stay pretty well connected through local offices and plenty of communication, I feel like more in-person gatherings of remote people would benefit everyone on the team.
