- In-office management great, with a few exceptions, call center director has a good head on his shoulders and I believe he genuinely wants to help his employees succeed - Decent benefits - Great coworkers at the call center level
Cons
- Upper level HR and HR management has absolutely no clue how to handle a business or speak to their employees with respect - Conflicting management styles lead to frustrating miscommunications - Extremely prejudiced against the working class, underserved populations, talk about their call center reps like they're cattle - Horrible pay
