There are people behind the scenes who record your screen and management will threaten to fire you if your screen goes idle. They will threaten to fire you if you do not use the 2 monitors they give you. They do not care if you have 100% accuracy, they are paranoid about what they call "work avoidance" and view any time you are not working as work avoidance. If your screen goes idle for more than a couple of minutes, you will get pulled into a meeting where they show you the recording of your screen and ask why you were not working. As a result, you have to notify your supervisor if you have to step away-even to use the bathroom. If you forget to log in by a few minutes, you will get written up. Good workers get "rewarded" by getting assigned additional work.
