Very intricate advanced technology in the growing composites industry that offers novel solutions to customers. It yields consistently challenging projects, R&D, and contracts to keep everything interesting but thankfully management is incredibly supportive and allows a lot of freedom in the work you do. A strong R&D focus keeps things cutting edge and everyone engaged on what's next.

customers are a lot of defense and oilfield, which leads to long contract time tables which can have projects go on for years. the two sides of the company, older-school manufacturing (with the tech of course) and high tech machine and technology development sometimes seem like the company is being pulled two directions at once.
