Pros

-Good management. -Decent pay. -Variety of tasks. -School compensation. -Large cafeteria with many menu options and daily specials.

Cons

-Hours not very flexible. -Not much opportunity to move around. -Can be stressful. -Tasks are repetitive. -Joints can suffer over time. -If starting an through employment agency, they give you a 6 month estimation on when you can be fully hired, but usually it will take up to a year or more due to either hiring freeze, backlog, low production rates, etc... -Have to fit arbitrary phisical and strength criteria to be considered for full-hire. -Some work cells require full 7 days a week and overtime is mandatory. -If there is a low production season, your cell can be furloughed without pay for up to several months.
