      A few good people I enjoy working with

      Severely underpaid. Unlikly advancement opportunities. Management and HR claims employees are most important, but when concerns or frustrations are raised they do everything they can to get you to leave (the run around).

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
