Pros
- Seems like the company is growing at a very fast rate with many career opperunties (if management would you switch) - Very helpful co-workers
Cons
- Very fast pace work envonirment, not much time to really learn or get trained - Not much appreciation of employees from what I have experienced - Seems like management does not want to improve faclities/test labs even though the company is growing at a fast rate and the programs are worth a lot of money - No good profit sharing/bonus - Seems like management is hesitant to let people move within the company and when they do allow it, it can take months if not a year to transfer
