      - When you leave, colleagues follow en masse.

      Cons

      - Feel like a number, not valued. - Talk up a customer centric approach, but when in practice, is deceiving and conniving. - Unrealistic expectations and condescending upper management with an ego that could fill the MCG single-handedly.

      HR/ Higher ups do not care about lower level employees, they will simply replace you rather than aim to retain you Toxic/ draining work culture Support network is limited and you feel very alone in your struggles as a low level employee. Your concerns/ queries/ grievances are not valued
