Pros
The work force are highly experienced, very helpful and friendly.
The standard of training is excellent, people seem to take pride in their work and are happy to train new colleagues.
Good opportunities for career progression if you work with the right attitude, many people have started at the bottom and progressed to supervisor or management level.
Being involved in the manufacturing of tooling and panels used on many of the high end cars seen on the road is rewarding.
