      Pros

      Company provides employees benefits for self training such as pay raises for each course. Also provides tuition for schooling to better educate yourself.

      Cons

      I have not yet experienced many flaws. The only flaw thus far that could be aggravating to some is that they don't always train in depth.

      Very enjoyable environment. Focused on learning and quality improvement. Extremely beneficial experience for an engineering student.

      Long weeks required (50 hours a week).
