Pros

Working within the automotive field and getting to know parts and there functions is a pro.

Cons

So so many cons training is bare minimum and usually done by coworkers who very few are actually knowledgeable you have to be proactive and inquire or you'd know nothing. The pay is horrible and so are the benefits 401k is okay but no pay time off no vacation time health is only okay but only for full time workers. Schedule is rediculs changes every week for apparently no reason some times scheduled to close then open no set days off I guess you can mark your self unavailable but then you don't get hours. Management is horrible no one is held accountable and then they complain about it but never do anything to fix it besides over work those willing to work so why even try.
