      Staff was like a family, everyone wanted to be successful

      Was opened with no idea how to run a car dealership. Lacking technology or advertisement. Unrealistic goals set for tools provided.

      Benefits from day one,which was nice.

      Cons

      Pay,atmosphere corporate structure and management. Company will hire you for a position and switch jobs right after you are hired and even after agreements are signed.No training for months and no process in place.Very distrusting company,horrible atmospere to work in,pay is low for Utah.
