The structure is broken into manageable chunks with job descriptions staying in their lanes while deviation from that isn't immediately squashed, but scrutinized and if there is improvement then things go through. I like the team. Owner is involved just enough to keep the overall mission on track while not micromanaging.

It's in a smaller town so the upper ceiling has its limits. But within that you can earn.
