Auto-Owners upper management is what holds this company back. They are not making any progress in pay, flex-time, or work from home, when most companies are making strides. They ask for feedback constantly then get offended when it’s given. They treat the agents well, but everyone else seems in disposable. I’m at a new company that treats their employees very well and at this time I’m not paranoid that things they give will be taken away. They truly show their appreciation. Auto Owners is very prudent and their appreciation always seemed un- authentic.
