Pros
Decent hours. 8:45 am to 6:00 pm. And you work every other Saturday. The weekend that you work a Saturday. You'll have one week day off. Closed on Sundays.
Cons
The job title is deceiving. There is one Manager. Everyone else who works in the office is an assistant manager. I thought coming to this job I was a true assistant manager(supervisor/ lead). They want to call everyone an assistant manager. Title is not what is important!
