      Pros

      Fantastic company with staff that truly cares about both their employees and their clients. Everybody is friendly, respectful, caring, and understanding, and it was a great experience working for them.

      Cons

      The only downside is not being able to interact with many employees on a regular basis, but that's just the nature of the field.

      Great team and support from directors. Always willing to provide feedback and guidance. Always learning from other RBTs. Seeing client progress.

      The inflexibility of hours and consistently driving to different locations.
