Loved being able to work one on one with each clients, and also group trips to the community , also enjoyed being able the work at different job sites with clients.

Managment needs to be given specific roles, only one person makes decisions in for the entire staff. Management can play favorites to certain employees, also schedule is set up horribly

Pay is slightly higher than some. Good rapport between non-management staff. Emotionally rewarding work.

Little verbal recognition for hard work Little to no opportunity for pay increase or career advancement Unprofessional management may verbally abuse staff Many Human Rights Violations Poor maintenance of facilities and equipment Blatant disrespect from upper management downward.
