ALP understands how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, with pay reviews twice a year, group meetings, and outings so you don’t feel isolated, as well as a variety of benefits to ensure you’re taken care of. We also offer tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, and advancement opportunities. We’re sorry you feel like communication is lacking between some of our teams. Please know, that we have processes in place to ensure everyone is on the same page, but we understand busy schedules may sometimes cause delays in responsiveness. We encourage you to reach out to your BCBA or Clinical Director to talk about how communication can be improved, and we’ll also pass along your feedback.
