We thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and appreciate your dedication to the important role you played while you were with ALP. We understand how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, including offering benefits for those not working full-time hours. We have benefit packages available for employees who only work 20 hours per week, which most of our BTs can access.
We’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you were expecting. We know the impact cancellations can make and we’re actively piloting different programs. We’re committed to finding a solution! In the meantime, we always encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions to make up time.
Thanks again for all you’ve done to support our families!

• Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people
• Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies
Cons
•Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
Unstable work environment for the clinic, lack of communication, kept putting people who don't care in charge, half pay for when clients cancel same day

Thank you for this - and for the genuine advice you left for management. Hearing directly from RBTs is something we deeply value, and the fact that you felt those voices weren't reaching the right people is feedback we take to heart. Amazing clients and growth opportunities are things we work hard to protect, and we know that means getting the environment and leadership around them right too. Communication and stability are areas we're actively investing in, and your perspective helps shape that work. Thank you for everything you gave to your clients.
