Incompetent managment - Support Worker Autism Initiatives Employee Review

Management is incompetent and never have time to actually run the service. They are scared of managing people and in result plenty of staff is just lazing around and other staff members need to constantly work for them. Service users are less important to them than appearance that "all is good".
