Pros
When hired you get a good RBT training, CPI and CPR trainings. You get reimbursed for trainings, certification and commute to these trainings. When I started I had great BCBA's that I could rely on.
Cons
A lot of good BCBA's left, and after covid there was a constant turnover of BCBA's. This created poor quality service for clients. Additionally, as RBT I did not receive any proper support from the BCBA's or the company when those turnovers happened. Eventually, clients just stopped with therapy.
If you could not maintain a certain amount of clients, you could not work full time. I have never been able to work full-time for this company. I did not receive any benefits.
