Pros
Flexibility in hours and trainings, plenty of opportunities to pick up hours.
Cons
Where do I begin.... Everyone is overworked and underpaid. The starting pay is horrible, you can go to smaller companies and make about $2-5 more depending on experience and the raises are down right disrespectful. BCBA's have a very "entitled" nature and don't really listen to the concerns of the therapist. There are too many meetings about nothing. Staff is told to effectively communicate but no one is willing to actually listen. When you ask questions your pointed to 20 people before you get an answer and each of those 20 people have made it seem like a hassle to answer the questions. Too many concerns about small things and not enough about the big things. Minorities are treated like minorities. Minority BCBA's are given the "problem" families and they call it "restructuring". The "problem" people in the company are all African American to be exact. Policies and procedures and "ethics" protocol change depending on the person or race.
