Pros
It's a great place to start out in and learn about production. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There are lots of fun activities and perks for employees here although most are freelancers working on various shows. It's a dog friendly office which is very cool.
Cons
The pay is really low, no where near the median of the market. Not sure why, but it's important to know that if you are considering working here. It can also be hard to connect with management and there is no real HR when you have a problem.
