Chill work life balance lol no growth

There is no pros in this company.

There are many cons I share one by one. 1. The salary is very low. 2. Every week almost 4 days there is stretch for 2 to 3 hours and they did not pay for this. 3. They didn't pay for overtime. 4. Every month they cut some salary but didn't tell why they cut. 5. There is no cooperation bw department. If I have issues when I talk to department then they just say talk to other department this is not our work and this cycle will continues running untill you bored. 6. Many of the senior didn't guide how to work means they also don't know the work. 7. I resigned on 7th of November but my pending was clear on 10 th January means they cleared my resignation. And during this period I call many times to the department. 8. I do work some extra days for the company but they didn't pay to me. 9. And seniors don't know how to work they give some wrong information to juniors and juniors pay this penalty. 10. Cooperation bw seniors and juniors not well. 11. Overall your growth is stop in terms of salary, learning, personal life and all the other things.
