Pros

- Computer systems really good - Opportunities for advancement (in call centre work) - Pay higher than other centres - People working late shifts got a cab voucher to use to get home

Cons

- There are lots of people here who have been in the same job for a long time and aren't willing or don't realise how some processes can be improved

Pros

The are fairly family friendly culture, and most people you will met are easy to get along with. You can drive you car to work if that suits you. If you are coming from a call-centre background you will be highly regarded to transition into other areas if that is your aim.

Cons

Review process is not very clear and is more about being quick to find negatives than encouraging the positive. Some people and managers are not very receptive to new ideas, or trying new ways of doing things and may discount any pervious experience you have with other companies.
