Pros
This company is amazing. They continue to grow everyday not only in making sure they are able to see any patient that needs to be seen, but the management is also continuing to grow. All management is very open to feedback and it is clear they want to do the best for us they can. They are always supportive and make sure we are always getting what we need and they all are very invested in the growth of their employees. The doctors are fantastic! Truly passionate about their patients and making sure they get the best possible care.
Cons
The work can be very stressful and busy, but knowing that I can make a difference in someone day/life makes it worth it! The schedule is not a “set” schedule because our doctors travel to satellite offices, but this was something that was discussed with me before I started so I knew what I was getting in to (and it keeps things interesting!).
