There were some decent perks but they don't last long

Very toxic culture and work environment. Bullying, intimidation, and mistreatment of employees is accepted and leadership doesn't care as long as it can help them to make more money. Company seems to always be trying to reinvent itself because of its frequent failings. The ironic thing is their entire brand and public image is based around the idea that "they care about people" when the exact opposite is true. Laid off half of their US workforce before holiday season without any notice or remorse. Do not be fooled by the happy or warm persona they try put on; These people are sharks and care ONLY about protecting their bottom line.
