The core of Austin is integrity. They drove that point home by sending me to a mandatory new-hire THREE DAY class for supervisors to show that if I don't treat my fellow workers, my client, and my vendors and subs with integrity and honor, then I am in the wrong place. They actually mean it. Wow - what other company takes new-hire supervisors and spends three DAYS on that topic? Every other company I have worked for just gives you an 'ethics' form to sign when you get hired, they file it, forget it, and that's it. At Austin, true integrity drives a genuine culture of Safety, Service, and desire to be the best employee-owner you can possibly be. My only regret is not working here sooner.
