Employee recruitment and retention is a disaster. In the time that I worked there where the average employee count was around 13 or so, there was one person fired, another quit, another was fired, yet another was fired, and one more quit. At the time of my departure at least two additional employees were contemplating their exit.
It is often said that employees should be treated fairly and not equally. At ACB neither was true. Expectations of certain employees were lax due to their age or incompetency and not of others.
Company vision and direction was constantly changing. Employees were frustrated due to the inconsistencies in company policies .
