Pros
They would hire me straight out of college with my CNC Programming degree when no one else wanted to.
Cons
Horrible pay. No AC/heat. Not the cleanest. No recognition for the way I'd have to improvise in order to make my orders by splicing/writing programs and doing a lot of other things that should have doubled my pay, at least. You're machining fiberglass! Evey order is always a few months late, you just pick the latest to start every morning. Also, there is NO "company culture" if there was it would be something like, " don't be late, make a ton of stuff for very little pay, don't complain, don't die, don't let the door hit you after clocking out."
