WORST company ever - Anonymous employee Aurora Diagnostics Employee Review

A group of senior management for a handful of their labs is the worst there is. They never listen, are always rude, cut you down, never encourage, micromanage, and they make work a terrible place to be. They manage in a negative way that makes everyone hate their jobs. They should know, it is simple to treat others the way you want to be treated. Our lab was a wonderful place to work before Aurora took over. I loved coming to work. Now I cringe and can not wait till I find a new job. The patient is first to most of the staff, but money and profit take precedence in the corporate world.
