      Not so many positive about this company and nothing new to learn . You can make career here if you follow seniors blindly without asking question

      Cons

      Hard internal politics even though small firm and the team lies to everyone including customers , staff etc. Not innovative or productive just repeat same thing daily also delay in salary and other issues

      1. Major focus is given on learning 2. Extremely elaborate training of fresher upto 4 months to make sure they understand the basic before facing client 3. Everyone is extremely supportive 4. Very easy to reach out to even partners

      Everything is good here. Company is always ready to learn from past and improve existing processes
