-Leaders seem to think a mediocre salary in the ultra expensive Bay Area will provide acceptable living conditions for their workers while the directors are taking the company to the bank. -Leadership has no clear vision for the company or product -Management has a high turnover rate leading to a high rate of inexperienced or unqualified individuals steering the ship and a low rate of trust from the employees.
