Patient transport - Patient Transporter Aultman Health System Employee Review

Management is horrible throughout aultman. Very unprofessional team leadership. You will get a call for a patient, be halfway through and dispatch will change your call for an isolation patient because someone complained they didn’t want to do an isolation patient. Several workers will get a call to take a patient and will wait 15-20 minutes to even go get the patient. The manager of this department plays favorites. His little friends will complain they don’t want a iso patient so he will change and it give to someone’s else and when asked why patient was changed he will say the computer did it on its own. A lot of lazy, whiny young ones working within this department and I would not recommend any part of this hospital for employment.
