      Love working in the environment at Augusta. Everyone seems close like family, if you are interested in the world of real estate then this is a good job for you.

      Cons

      no real cons, my own personal drive to work is longer than I would like but that is not the companies fault that is just my commute being too long.

      Pros

      Company is great and has a lot of knowledgeable people. The President Mike Meena cares about his company, the clients, and the people that work here. Management and Operations are there to help you close more deals and they do a great job of that!

      Cons

      Business is up and down and they do not advertise much. Not sure that would stabilize my business, but it could help.
