We got unlimited PTO when I worked here, but was so busy I never felt like I could really use it. They were willing to put money towards investing in new equipment or needs
Cons
Owners have a super short temper... Jaclyn and Kevin can be really friendly, but the second there's a misunderstanding or mistake they get scary. I cannot count the amount of times they spoke down to me...I felt so discouraged and panicked at this job. I showed the slacks and emails I received from Kevin and Jaclyn to some friends right before I quit and they were shocked and appalled. A list of specifics: threatened to fire me, used emotionally abusive language, demanded perfection to a point of us having to work overtime to not get reprimanded, has fired 5+ employees that I know of. When I got another job and put in my two weeks, on my last day they said nothing to me and just deactivated my accounts. Audry Rose is a money and numbers driven company that burns through employees. I rarely write reviews, but I would avoid working at this company.
