- Poor Sales Management that isn't centralized and applied well to regional offices; new programs and initiatives are left up to individual Salesmen to implement with little to no support. Management would give little notice for "visits" to our office with no real agenda in place. Salesmen are essentially "islands" to the rest of the company, and isolated in their duties. - No regular sales meetings - Company-wide Proprietary BSS Software is unintuitive, undocumented, often unreliable, and inefficient. - Changes to Strategies, initiatives, and developments take too long to implement due to above - Company-Wide "standards" differ between offices, particularly for engineering depending on who you ask - Very homogenous workforce; my office was 100% white and 100% male. - Regional leadership fragmented
