      Pros

      Learned a lot here about software development etc.

      Cons

      This isn't a stable company(with layoffs galore) and the upper management(Israel) don't have a clue how to run a company and are not ambitious at all. It was and will remain a mediocre company without much to look forward too.

      Pros

      It’s a good company with grate people and big personalities to grow People work there for 25 years something that is unusual in the tech industry

      Cons

      You’re first salary will be good but after that they don’t like to raise your salary Sum projects are really old so they use old technology They don’t like to fire people so a lot of people get to hi positions even when thy don’t deserve it The work/life balance is really good
