      Pros

      The culture is second to no other company i've ever worked for. I feel seen and supported by my peers and management. I am inspired by my colleagues and i often find pushing myself to be as good as they are. Hard work pays off as well. Excellent benefits all around.

      Cons

      The work can be intense at times. You do need to be able to maintain a work-life balance so you don't burn out.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
