      Ux leadership thinks UI is just copy and paste predesigned items. Leadership has dictating style and barely communicates, very top down.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Your hours are very flexible as you just have to submit the first 15 minutes of the book by a certain date and then the final audiobook by a certain deadline.

      Cons

      This was a royalty share contract with no base pay and I only made about $70 total after many hours of work.
