      Salary/Benefits Nice and smart colleagues Free lunch

      Cons

      People are overworked. This can depend on team, but majority of the people I work with are burning out. Leadership lacks strategic vision and charisma. Heavy processes, heavy politics. More doc writing than doing. More talking than doing. Layoffs impacted culture. 5 day RTO.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Disorganisation. Commute can be hard.

      Pros

      Your hours are very flexible as you just have to submit the first 15 minutes of the book by a certain date and then the final audiobook by a certain deadline.

      Cons

      This was a royalty share contract with no base pay and I only made about $70 total after many hours of work.
