20 year employee rates company tops - Controller Auction Insurance Agency Employee Review

Good and caring managers, decent pay with good bonus structure and excellent 401K and profit sharing.

As with most companies these days, medical benefits can be costly.

I have nothing positive to say about this company. Unfortunately, there were no pros and only cons to mention for this review.

If you are a potential job applicant for this company, run as far away as fast as possible. You will thank me later. The culture and work environment are very poor. Management will intimidate and bully you. Management will throw you under the bus for their mistakes. This is a very stressful job dealing with angry and upset customers all day. To make matters worse, management will not appreciate your efforts or reward you with a bonus or raise. The salary was very poor, and below standard industry average. Management will promise a certain bonus amount at your end of the year review, and will then change the numbers/calculations when it is time to pay you. I could go on and on, but I would strongly recommend against working with this company.
