      Pros

      They really take care about all employees, and there are nice happy hours and event in special days. All Fridays have a free lunch.

      Cons

      Part of salary is coming as a bonus, I do not like that, because when we will prove the real salary to get a lending for example, it does not good.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
