Pros
- It did have a family feeling to it in the beginning - The PMs are great people and great workers Not much else
Cons
- Absolutely not-competitive salary, way below industry standard - Management is completely deaf and blind to PMs voices - No transparency at all (gaslighting happens often) - Working as a localization PM is hard and stressful and takes long hours - no surprises here, it's the same mostly everywhere - but this company does absolutely nothing to organize the work in a productive way - Every suggestion is glossed over as if it was a personal attack instead of a way to make work better - People are forced to go to the office in a global pandemic, when the work is perfectly doable from home - Anti-Covid measures are not enforced in the office - Constant ageism and microaggression (e.g. being made fun of) for being "a millennial" - Utter lack of diversity and no will to improve this (could be due to ignorance, but this is quite a big topic in the world right now so ignorance is not really an excuse) - Unpaid / uncompensated overtime is a daily occurrence - Paid time off is below any other company I've worked at
