Pros
Note: I worked in one of the 3 main development teams of Atta Systems. Your experience may differ, depending on which team you’ll work in. I liked the vision that the upper management created for their company. They do not seem to be fans of micromanagement and they trust their employees to get the job done. They appreciate when you do good work and they do not hesitate to promote you if you deserve it. With every promotion, you get a better compensation package and more responsibility. Being able to do more and more diverse work as the time went by, is one of the main selling points of a career here, there’s so much room for professional growth. Speaking of growth, every 2 months you have a 1 on 1 session with upper management and every 3 weeks you have one with your team lead. In these sessions, you get the chance provide direct feedback about your life at Atta. For the most part, I really enjoyed working in my team. Communication was smooth and the colleagues seemed to like what they’re doing. The internal meetings were on point, no time wasted. Work/life balance was alright most days. There were short periods of time when the workload got a bit high and you had to tackle multiple tasks, but the overall mentality in the team is definitely against overtime. The flexible schedule is a huge plus. As long as you can synchronize with your team, you get to decide when to work from home or from the office and you make your own hours. The project that I spend most of my time on was actually really interesting. The salary is fair and, if you keep up the good work, it will increase constantly.
Cons
The junior/senior ratio is rather poor, however, they are currently starting a recruitment process which should fix this issue.
