Great mission, leadership seems passionate about the mission, leadership recognizes wins and celebrates with the team/company, many ways to get involved to support the American Heart Association. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
The on-boarding process could have included more training specific to my role. Some department leads are hesitant about adapting to full-time remote work as a long-term option. Benefits are decent, but the medical insurance rates are high compared to previous employers.
