Selfish seniors and with some politic players in office. 2. busybody colleagues who intent to invade your privacy and share in office in order to take advantages in office politic. 3. seriously much underpay than average market pay but the top management who taking high pay won't take care you at all. Very easy to get a higher pay job outside than here, so learn something and leave as soon as possible. 4. family business is taking place. 5. stingy bosses will try all their best to shrunk your increment and cancel your after probation increment bu giving lame excuse.
