      Pros

      managers were nor so strict: many people could come late without receiveing any disciplinary action. There is not so much pressure It's a good start point: many agents have been hired from better companies

      Cons

      Bad organization, old pcs and programs, bad salary, no pension plan or health insurance, many agents didn't know much about it
