Pros
1. Good for SAP and JAVA background people. 2. The career will be good if you get a good manager. 3. Initial training for freshers is very good. World-class level of teaching. 4. Good work-life balance.
Cons
1. Very long bench periods 2. They don't have enough projects on new technologies like Cloud, Big Data, ML, AI etc., 3. Working in Atos India is not a big thing to consider. 4. Bad politics like in many IT companies. 5. Not recommended for freshers, because only training will be good. Once training is done and you will be sitting on bench and won't be getting projects for almost 8months to 1 year, or sometimes even more than that. So, instead of sitting simply and waiting for a project you can better go for any other company instead of waiting for projects in Atos. 6. Less salary and less hikes when compared to any other MNCs
